Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinic (primary) with occasional acute care support

At Centerpoint Health in Winchester, H2 Health provides speech-language pathology services in a hospital-based outpatient clinic. This is primarily an outpatient position: the majority of your time will be spent in the clinic treating a mostly pediatric caseload, along with some adult patients. Our outpatient clinicians treat:

·                     Articulation and Phonological Disorders:

·                     Expressive and Receptive Language Delays:

·                     Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD):

·                     Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS):

·                     Fluency Disorders (Stuttering):

·                     Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Disorders (Dysphagia):

·                     Voice and Resonance Disorders

On an occasional, as-needed basis, you'll also support the hospital's acute care setting, treating adult and geriatric patients. This coverage adds variety and keeps your skills sharp across the lifespan, while your core schedule and caseload remain in the outpatient clinic.

This is an experienced-level role and is not designed for new graduates.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Active Kentucky SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
• Prior inpatient or hospital-based experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medically complex patients
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
