Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure for California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing speech-language services in a school-based environment
• Strong understanding of the unique needs of elementary-aged children
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative approach with staff and families
• Capacity to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions on-site at the elementary school
• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and educational goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports to track student achievements
• Offer input and recommendations for classroom modifications or strategies that facilitate communication growth
