You'll serve two local schools, collaborating with dedicated educators and making a broad impact across your caseload of up to 55 students.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and certification (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY considered)
Recent school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary grades
Strong expertise in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work seamlessly across multiple campuses and balance diverse caseload needs
Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for TK-5th grade students
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
Deliver engaging, evidence-based intervention in both group and individual settings
Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
Maintain timely documentation and progress reports, actively participating in IEP meetings
Serve as a resource for speech and language development within the school community
