Willow ABA is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to support our clients' communication needs while working in a supportive, structured clinical setting. This is our first Speech Language Pathologist role in our clinic setting, so we are looking for someone who is confident in their professional and clinical knowledge within the speech and language sciences. Willow’s Speech Language Pathologist will assist clients by developing meaningful goals, implementing direct services to clients and caregivers, and mentoring/educating staff as well as caregivers along their journey with Willow. You will collaborate with our Chief Clinical Officer and SLPs across Willow clinics, while working alongside BCBAs and RBTs to support clients with diverse communication profiles, delivering cohesive services that foster meaningful communication skills, promote learning and connection, use motivation-based and naturalistic teaching strategies, and encourage greater independence.
Why join the Willow ABA team?
At Willow ABA, we believe every employee should feel secure, significant, and accepted. Just like we teach our clients to accept differences, we also encourage our staff to embrace theirs. Your differences are not only welcomed, but they are needed. We don’t want this to be just a 9-5 job for you. We want you to continue to grow, learn, and find your passion! When you become a part of the Willow Team, you will be cross trained to capitalize on your individual skills, strengths, and interests. Willow is a small family-owned practice where clients and staff are the number one priority. SLPs are supported with a comprehensive administrative team that handles all insurance, authorization, scheduling, and credentialing needs. We also have behavioral support from experienced BCBAs and RBTs, to work as part of a team for a multidisciplinary approach.
About the Role:
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Willow ABA, you’ll provide speech and language therapy services to clients with communication, social, and developmental challenges.
