A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a PRN (as-needed) Home Care position in Cleveland, OH. Enjoy a great work-life balance with a growing Home Care Company serving the Cleveland area.
This is a PRN position. Compensation is $50-$60 per visit, with Speech Therapy evaluations paid at $80 per evaluation.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care and conduct periodic re-evaluations as required.
- Prepare and submit clinical and daily progress notes within 72 hours; prepare periodic summary reports.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
