Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

The Stepping Stones Group is searching for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team in various locations across the United States.

Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized and informal tools
  • Launch and manage the integrated SLP program in our state-of-the-art centers
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs and other team members through joint goal planning, shared sessions, and co-treatments
  • Deliver evidence-based, assent-focused pediatric therapy services to children ages 2-18
  • Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy goals

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting (required for some positions)
