As part of our mission to pave the way for student success nationwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual services for charter school students in Florida. This position is for the upcoming school year.
Speech Language Pathologist Salary: $59-$62 per hour
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Must have valid license in Florida
- Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them
- Proof of individual liability insurance or readiness to acquire it
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized goals for students requiring speech-language services.
- Provide direct speech and language intervention services to elementary through high school students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Support students in achieving their personal, academic, and social communication goals through evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Manage caseload responsibilities, including case management duties, IEP participation, and service coordination.
- Provide consultation and collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, progress reports, and compliance with school, district, and state requirements.
