Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | AAC Experience Preferred
Pay: $57–$62/hour
Schedule: 2 days/week (7.5 hours/day)
Location: In-person school setting
Start Dates:
- Staff Training: August 3, 2026
- Student Services: August 20, 2026
About the Position
Therapy Source is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services in a school setting. We are looking for an SLP experienced with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices who enjoys collaborating with educators and helping students achieve meaningful communication outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy
- Support students using AAC devices
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
- Attend IEP and school team meetings
- Complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Must have current state SLP license in Colorado
- Must have Colorado DOE Certification
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (or as required)
- School-based experience preferred
- Experience with AAC devices strongly preferred
- Frontline Enrich experience preferred
