Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for student success nationwide, Therapy Source is actively seeking a dedicated, part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a unique opportunity to provide in-person services for private Pre-K students in the Irving & Ft. Worth, TX area. This position is for the current school year.

Speech Language Pathologist Salary: $60 per hour

Speech Language Pathologist Position Details:

• Part-Time (flexible)
• Ideal service hours: 8:30-11:00am, Monday - Friday
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between 3 different sites
• Hours per week include direct service time, consultation, and documentation
• Mileage reimbursement is available

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities: 

• Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and diagnostic testing
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Track student progress, maintain accurate session notes, and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service provider
• Attend and participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings

Speech Language Pathologist Required Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Ability to obtain and maintain required background clearances
• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
