We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in a flexible part-time role (minimum 15 visits per week required). If you’re passionate about helping patients regain confidence, communication, and independence—you’ll feel right at home here.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued SLP on our team, you will:
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that restore communication and swallowing abilities
Support patients in regaining confidence through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care
Teach communication strategies including speech exercises, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods
Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you

Requirements
Valid Speech Language Pathologist License
1 year of rehab experience preferred
CPR certification
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Auto Insurance
Long Term Care experience preferred
Vital-Stim certification preferred
HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
Physical Demands
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
