Job Summary


Blossoming Minds Therapies is seeking a passionate and collaborative Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing, clinic-based team. In this role, you will provide speech and language services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on functional communication and early intervention.


Our model emphasizes collaboration with ABA providers, parent involvement, and meaningful, real-world communication outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping children build independence and thrive.


Duties


  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional communication

  • Provide engaging, child-centered speech therapy sessions

  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs and behavior technicians to ensure consistency of care

  • Support and implement communication systems, including AAC when appropriate

  • Provide parent and caregiver training to promote carryover of skills at home

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning

Qualifications


  • Active North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates welcome)

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred

  • Strong understanding of early intervention and functional communication

  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (ABA experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills with both children and families
