Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem
$50/hour
Essential Job Functions/Duties
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for the provision of quality language and communication services including:
assessment, therapeutic treatment planning and service delivery using best practice treatment modalities for children to facilitate age-appropriate independence in gross motor coordination, balance, strengthening activities, and motor planning activities
developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring the progress of each child through analysis of data and making necessary modifications
demonstrating and modeling effective and therapeutic intervention strategies
providing coaching and consultation to staff for continuity and generalization across settings
collaborating with all members of the team
assessing, recommending, and implementing appropriate communication modalities and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and supports to meet the individual communication needs of children.

What are the requirements?
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience with children or adults with varying exceptionalities.
Pass a criminal background check, employment physical and drug screen.
