Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one therapy services while helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
This position is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists looking to supplement income, maintain schedule flexibility, or reduce burnout while continuing to make a strong clinical impact.
Position Details:
- PRN / As-needed schedule
- Pay: $50 – $55 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home strategies
- Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and patient progress accurately
- Communicate patient progress with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with clinical documentation and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare teams
