How you'll contribute

  • Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patients condition.
  • Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
  • Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
  • Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
  • Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

What we're looking for

Education: Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required Licenses: Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with Washington Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
