What we're seeking:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome-ongoing mentorship available
- Active or pending Washington state SLP license
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
- Team-minded professionals who excel in communication and organization
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assessing, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
- Delivering speech and language therapy in both individual and group formats
- Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Contributing to IEP meetings and maintaining thorough, compliant documentation
- Engaging creatively and compassionately to maximize each student's potential
