What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid California CTC Credential or licensure as an SLP in California
  • Previous school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEPs, student documentation, and progress tracking
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Dedication to fostering student growth and a passion for helping children develop strong communication skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Participate in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to coordinate student support
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation consistent with school and state requirements
  • Offer direct and consultative services tailored to both individual and group needs
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and utilize mentorship resources to enhance practices
