• Campus-Based / Full-Scope SLP (testing + therapy + IEP/ARD participation)
• Evaluation-Only SLP (testing + report writing only)
• Therapy-Only SLP (direct services focused on goal progress)
• SLPA Supervision Opportunities (may be paired with another role type)

What You’ll Do
As a School SLP, you will support students with communication disorders that impact educational performance, including:

• Speech sound disorders
• Language delays/disorders
• Fluency (stuttering)
• Voice concerns

Your responsibilities may include (based on assignment):

• Conducting evaluations and writing reports
• Providing individual and group therapy services
• Collaborating with educators, families, and special education teams
• Participating in IEP meetings / ARD meetings
• Supporting student progress toward communication goals
• Supervising SLPAs (when applicable)

Qualifications (Core Requirements)

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship (CF) (or ability to complete)
• Praxis exam passed
• ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to pass school background requirements

State Licensure Requirements (Varies by Location)
Applicants must hold appropriate credentials for the state of assignment

• Colorado (CO): DORA (Board of SLP); Requires a state DORA license and a Special Services Provider (SSP) license from the Colorado Dept. of Education (CDE).
