We are seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide comprehensive, school-based services in a secondary setting (grades 6–12) across the Houston, TX area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in developing functional communication, social language, and transition skills that carry beyond the classroom.
You'll work alongside a collaborative campus team while managing a caseload that allows you to make a meaningful difference in students' academic and real-world success.
What You'll Do
Support Student Growth

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations

Develop and implement individualized IEP goals

Support students with functional communication, social language, and transition-related needs

Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
Collaborate & Contribute

Participate in ARD/IEP meetings

Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Support student success across academic and functional environments
Lead & Supervise

Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As)

Provide guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery
Work Environment & Flexibility
We are currently hiring for multiple openings across middle and high school campuses, with placements thoughtfully matched based on your experience and preferences. These are campus-based roles, allowing you to build strong relationships and consistency within your school community.
Hybrid flexibility available
Enjoy one designated work-from-home day per week (Tuesday–Thursday), while maintaining on-campus collaboration Monday and Friday. This structure supports both team connection and work-life balance.
