Documentation, Kindergarten, Liability Insurance, Speech and Language Pathology
As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for public school students. These positions are temporary for the upcoming school year.
Position 1:
- Contract Duration: August - December
- 30 hours per week
- PreK3 - Kindergarten
- School Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Position 2:
- Contract Duration: August - June
- 30 hours per week
- 2nd - 8th grade
- School Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of DC
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students who require speech/language therapy.
- Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
- Developing and implementing IEPs
- Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
