Overview:

Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Westbrook, ME

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: Salary up to $100k based on experience

Sign on bonus up to $5k and student debt repayment

 

Saco Bay PT is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Westbrook, ME. We are in an oncology-based clinic, cognitive, memory, and neurological cases for motor and speech control.

Responsibilities:
  • Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
  • Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
  • High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
  • Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
  • State SLP licensure required
  • ASHA certification is required
  • 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
