A valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing Language, Speech and Hearing and Audiology or eligibility for proper authorization from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing

  • Edjoin application. Letter of intent. Resume. Three current letters of recommendation. Copy of transcripts (unofficial copies). *Copy of credential or eligibility for authorization.
