Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for clinical practice.

• Deliver direct speech-language pathology services in on-site settings.

• Monitor progress with standardized tools and adjust plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care.

• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in EHR.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and apply new evidence-based practices.

• Meet monthly targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning for caseload.

• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals at home.

• Participate in regular performance reviews and demonstrate merit-based progress.

• Contribute to a results-driven culture by reporting metrics and outcomes clearly.
