Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for clinical practice.
Deliver direct speech-language pathology services in on-site settings.
Monitor progress with standardized tools and adjust plans accordingly.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care.
Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in EHR.
Engage in ongoing professional development and apply new evidence-based practices.
Meet monthly targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning for caseload.
Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals at home.
Participate in regular performance reviews and demonstrate merit-based progress.
Contribute to a results-driven culture by reporting metrics and outcomes clearly.
