What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program
  • NYS licensure and clinical certification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
  • Completion of clinical fellowship year
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills in speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients, families, and staff
  • Organizational skills for scheduling and treatment planning
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with diverse populations or pediatric and adult patients
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
  • Additional certifications relevant to speech therapy specialties

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Prior experience in clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Clinical fellowship completed or in progress with foundational therapy experience

Other Requirements:
  • Valid NYS licensure and certification in speech pathology
  • Ability to work day shifts (8 hours)
  • Willingness to participate in community programs and multidisciplinary teams
  • Travel reimbursement eligibility when applicable
