Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services at our Academy. This role involves supporting a diverse student population with varying levels of speech and language needs in a collaborative, inclusive educational environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with student needs
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Adapt instruction and interventions to meet diverse learner needs, including special education and culturally/linguistically diverse students
Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including cooperative learning and interdisciplinary approaches
Design and deliver instruction aligned with a standards-based framework
Qualifications
Valid Colorado Special Services Provider License with a School Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement (required)
Endorsement in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education (preferred), or willingness to pursue
Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Prior school-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
