Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with swallowing, speech-language, and therapy needs while collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment progress
- Assist with discharge planning from therapy services
- Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel as needed
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Active Utah SLP License
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required within 60 days of hire)
