We are seeking a dedicated and student-centered Speech and Language Pathologist to support learners across the PK-12 continuum.
As part of our multidisciplinary special education team, you will play a key role in helping students access communication, language, and social-emotional success.
Provide speech language and communication assessments for students ages 3-22.
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services per IEPs.
Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
Support students with diverse needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), receptive-expressive language, and social communication.
Assist in developing and implementing IEP goals and service plans.
Maintain accurate service documentation.
Participate in MTSS (Multidisciplinary Support System) and RTI (Response to Intervention) processes and district-wide initiatives.
Guide teams with AAC selection training and implementation.
Promote inclusive practices across school settings.
SLP-CCC Certification required.
Experience working with students with significant disabilities (i.e., ASD, Down syndrome, hearing impaired).
Augmentative Communication and Assistive Technology experience preferred.
