Valid California Credential includes Speech-Language Pathology Services: Speech, Language and Hearing or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services: Speech, Language and Hearing

• Certification (Credential)
• Letter of Introduction (Letter of Interest)
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Minimum of Two (2) Letters of Recommendation)
• Resume
