    Company Description SenseAbilities Pediatric Therapy Clinic is a specialized practice providing Occupational, Physical, and Speech and Language therapies for children and youth from birth to age 21. The clinic is dedicated to supporting children with diverse developmental, communication, and functional needs in a welcoming, family-centered environment. Interdisciplinary collaboration is a key part of the care model, allowing therapists to coordinate services and create comprehensive treatment plans. SenseAbilities focuses on evidence-informed interventions and meaningful outcomes, helping children build skills that support success at home, school, and in the community.

    Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based at SenseAbilities Pediatric Therapy Clinic in Warner Robins, GA. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating pediatric clients for speech, language, and communication needs; developing individualized treatment plans; and providing direct speech and language therapy sessions. The role involves ongoing documentation of progress, collaboration with families and caregivers on home programs, and coordination with other therapy disciplines and school personnel when appropriate. The Speech Language Pathologist will also participate in team meetings, maintain accurate and timely records, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive clinical environment.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy across pediatric populations.
    • \n
    • Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
    • \n
    • Candidates should possess clinical skills related to managing Dysphagia in children, including safe feeding strategies. (Optional but required for feeding therapy)
    • \n
    • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • \n
    • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Georgia.
    • \n
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility in supervised clinical fellowship.

    • Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy settings and working with families and caregivers.
    • \n
    • Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team, and commitment to inclusive, child-centered care.
