What You'll Do

\n

\n

As a Speech-Language Pathologist with us, you'll:

\n

• Evaluate children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• \n
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• \n
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy
• \n
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, families, physicians, and educators
• \n
• Educate caregivers so progress continues beyond the therapy session
• \n
• Grow professionally through mentorship and continuing education opportunities
• \n
• Lead staff trainings on topics you are passionate about
• \n
• Create professional goals and get support in meeting them
• \n

Schedule

\n

Our clinic is open:

\n

• \n
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
• \n
• Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• \n

\n

Work schedules are flexible within clinic hours. No weekends!

\n

\n

Current details on openings:

\n

• \n
• In-clinic PRN (1099 contract) work for evaluations only, or both evaluations and treatment
• \n
• In-clinic PRN (W-2) short-term position from December 2026- April 2027
• \n
• Virtual Speech Therapist (1099 contract) for part-time work (3-10 hours/week)
• \n

Qualifications

\n

We're looking for someone who has:

\n

• \n
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• \n
• Current Virginia SLP license (or eligibility)
• \n
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• \n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• \n
• Passion for working with children and families
• \n
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• \n

\n

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
