Job Description
PT Northwest has an immediate opening for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as a part-time Speech Pathologist in our Woodburn location (Legacy Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation).
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
- Develop and implement effective treatment programs
- Provide counseling to patients and patient''s families about the results of testing and recommended treatment options
- Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits
- Collaborate and delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate
- Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines
Qualifications
- Licensed SLP
- Strong, disciplined work ethic
- Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
- Demonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment modalities
- CPR and first aid certification are preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $38.00- $46/hr. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company''s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
