    The Role
    • Provide therapy in clinic, homes, and/or schools
    • Implement treatment plans created by supervising SLP
    • Support children with speech clarity, language, feeding, and myofunctional goals
    • Collaborate with families to create meaningful carryover
    ✔️ Paid travel time + mileage reimbursement
    ✔️ Must have a reliable vehicle + active insurance

    Requirements
    • Active California SLPA License (required)
    • Ready to jump in and start working with mentor
    • Passion for working with children and families
    • Strong communication and willingness to learn
    • Positive, team-first attitude

    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will be carry-out a personalized treatment plans to help children reach their goals, documenting all patient care, observing and participating in new treatments.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills.
