    Role Description\n


    \n

    The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will provide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, documenting client progress, and collaborating with supervising SLPs, families, and other members of the care team.

    \n

    The SLPA will support clients in developing communication skills while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. This role requires strong communication, organization, professionalism, and a commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care.

    Qualifications\n
    • \n
    • Current California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license required
    • \n
    • Appropriate education and training to practice as an SLPA in California
    • \n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • \n
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills
    • \n
    • Ability to work independently while following SLP supervision and treatment plans
    • \n
    • Experience working with pediatric or early intervention populations is a plus
    • \n
    • Bilingual skills in any language are a plus
    • \n
    • Valid driver’s license
    • \n
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check
    • \n
    • Must be available for in-person work in Fresno, CA
