Role Description The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is a part-time, on-site role based in Lauderhill, FL. The SLPA will support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists by implementing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions under supervision, and assisting with documentation of progress notes and session reports. Day-to-day tasks include preparing therapy materials, working directly with clients to support speech, language, and articulation goals, and collecting data to monitor outcomes. The SLPA will also help maintain a safe, organized therapy environment, communicate observations to supervising clinicians, and collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce home practice recommendations.\n
