Celebrations Speech Group is actively hiring a California-licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary and middle school students in San Jose, CA. This full-time, onsite role offers a defined weekday schedule, licensed SLP supervision, and clinical and operational support from the CSG team.

Experienced and newly licensed SLPAs are encouraged to apply.

Position Details
  • Compensation: $39–$50 per hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Work hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
  • Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA
  • Setting: Elementary and middle schools
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: School-year assignment through June 2027

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual and group speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Implement treatment plans and support students’ IEP goals.
  • Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities that support student engagement.
  • Collect progress data and maintain accurate service logs and required documentation.
  • Assist with progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings.
  • Collaborate with your supervising SLP, teachers, special education staff, and school teams.
  • Communicate student progress and concerns to your supervising SLP.
What You’ll Bring
  • A current California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license.
  • An associate’s degree in a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program, a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, or other qualifying education for California SLPA licensure. 
    • A bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders is preferred.
  • Availability to work onsite in San Jose, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Availability for a school-year assignment through June 2027.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work independently within your assigned responsibilities and collaborate with your supervising SLP and school team.
  • A positive, adaptable approach to supporting students with diverse communication needs.
