Position Summary
Solstice is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs, including expressive, receptive language delays, articulation disorders, social communication challenges, and AAC needs. The SLP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized student programming.
Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations • Develop and implement IEP-aligned treatment goals • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services • Support AAC implementation and communication systems • Collect data and monitor student progress • Participate in PPTIEP meetings • Maintain required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines • Collaborate with special education staff, BCBAs, and related service providers
Qualifications
• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Active Connecticut SLP License • CSDE certification or eligibility • CCC-SLP preferred • CF candidates encouraged to apply
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
