Signing Bonus Eligibility and Payment Structure 1. Eligibility: • Newly hired Speech Language Pathologists employed by the District for the 2026-2027 school year shall be eligible for a signing bonus of up to $10,000, subject to the conditions. 2. Payment Schedule: • The $10,000 signing bonus shall be paid in the following increments: o $2,500 - Paid in December 2026 o $5,000 - Paid on or before June 30, 2027 o $2,500 - Paid in December 2027 3. Service Requirements: • To receive each installment, the employee must be actively employed in an SLP position with the District at the time of payment. • Employees who separate from employment prior to a scheduled payment date shall forfeit any unpaid portions of the bonus • The District may prorate payments for employees who work less than a full-time assignment or who do not serve a substantial portion of the school year, consistent with other District practices.
