Speech Pathologist-Float

Position Summary This position is responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to a pediatric population from neonatal through adolescenceyoung adulthood. Performs evaluation program planning and treatment of patients in the areas of speech language cognitive communication voice feeding and swallowing specific to age and developmentalfunctional level determined by assessment. Education Masters Degree or higher in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university Required Experience Pediatric experience Preferred MBS experience Preferred Certifications Current AZ Department of Health Services license prior to start date. Required Current AZ Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card prior to start date. Required Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date. Required Current ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year CFY prior to start date. Required
