As a Speech Pathologist within a small, dedicated team of 1-3 professionals, you will focus primarily on pediatric clients, delivering specialized speech-language services. Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, you will independently manage your caseload while occasionally traveling to client sites. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and potential leadership advancement within the clinic.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify speech and language challenges
Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric clients
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
Provide education and support to families to enhance therapy outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Demonstrated empathy and effective team collaboration
