Language Link Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed, consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary model.
The location in Margate is a partner center, primary providing services for kiddos ages 2-7 with a Dx of ASD. Sessions run 30 minutes in length. We have optional schedules to accommodate a four and five-day work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2–7, primarily ASD population)
- Collaborate daily with ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs) to integrate communication goals into programming
- Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, annual reports)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelines

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license
- CCCs preferred (CFs considered depending on experience)
- Experience with pediatric populations required
- Experience with ASD strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
