Provides comprehensive differential diagnostic evaluations using formal and informal measures. 2. Provides managementtreatment programs for individuals with communicative disorders. 3. Provides appropriate case managementtherapeutic intervention. 4. Provides appropriate written documentation of services provided. 5. Assumes responsibility for ancillarypriority services within department and contributes to development of department by participating in special projectsprograms. 6. Other duties as required. Other information Technical Expertise 1. Experience working with all levels within an organization is required. 2. Experience in healthcare is preferred. 3. Proficiency in MS Office Outlook Excel Word or similar software is required. Education and Experience 1. Education Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology is required Doctorate is preferred 2. Certification State of Ohio Licensure in SpeechLanguage Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology CCC-SLP from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association ASHA is required. 3.
