This position is responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to a pediatric population, from neonate to adolescent, including evaluation and treatment in the areas of communication and swallowing.
Education
Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university (Required)
Experience
Pediatric experience (Preferred)
Certifications
AZ Department of Health Services license (must be obtained prior to start date) (Required)
AZ Department of public safety fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start date) (Required)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year (CFY). (Required)
