SPEECH PATHOLOGY TECHNICIAN (SPT) | PER DIEM OPPORTUNITY JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathology Technician (SPT) to join a dynamic healthcare team on a per diem basis. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, the SPT will assist with therapeutic interventions, patient treatment plans, and documentation while helping patients improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing functions.

Hours: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Pay Rate: $49.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with speech and language therapy activities
Support implementation of treatment plans
Document patient progress and treatment activities
Prepare therapy materials and equipment
Collaborate with speech therapists and healthcare staff
Assist patients during therapy sessions
Maintain patient confidentiality and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an approved Speech Pathology Assistant/Technician program preferred
Previous pediatric or hospital experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
