Speech Therapist

Salary: $75,000 - $84,375 annually

Job Type: Full-Time
 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and improve overall quality of life.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active licensure with the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
  • Perform additional duties as outlined in the full job description
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders
 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with computers, electronic health records, and documentation systems
  • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a caseload
