Speech Therapist
Salary: $75,000 - $84,375 annually

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based evaluations and therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and improve overall quality of life.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active licensure with the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders
