WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, communication and swallowing disorders.
- Creating and following treatments plans individualized to meet the specific goals of each resident/client.
- Accurately recording activities and findings in the clinical record.
- Monitoring resident/client performance to ascertain effectiveness of program, communicating with Physician for any plan/goal modifications.
- Providing education on treatments to residents/clients and their families.
