Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy assessments and plans.
Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients across caseload.
Maintain compliance with licensing, ethical standards, and company policies.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
Document sessions, outcomes, and therapy metrics in client records.
Collaborate with families, care teams, and teachers to support goals.
Utilize evidence-based practices and stay updated on innovations in speech therapy.
Meet quarterly targets and contribute to pipeline-generated growth within territory.
Participate in on-site program planning and contribute to service expansion initiatives.
Present therapy outcomes and program impact to supervisors during reviews.
Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals to relevant specialists when needed.
Experience/Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology with active licensure.
Experience delivering evidence-based speech therapy across pediatric and/or adult caseloads.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive assessment and treatment plans.
Proven track record of achieving quarterly targets and contributing to growth.
Strong documentation skills; maintain accurate client records and therapy metrics.
Collaborative mindset; partner with families, educators, and care teams.
On-site presence with ability to lead program planning and service expansion initiatives.
Commitment to ongoing professional development; stay updated on therapy innovations.
Proficient in using standardized assessment tools and progress monitoring software.
Strong communication skills to present outcomes to supervisors and stakeholders.
