From conducting thorough assessments to developing personalized treatment plans, you'll empower individuals in meaningful activities like self-care and work. Hands-on interventions, collaboration with healthcare teams, and educating clients on adaptive strategies will be at the core of what you do. Your commitment to accurate documentation and staying updated on the latest advancements will contribute to the holistic rehabilitation of our clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate speech and language skills of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Conduct and document therapy sessions, including progress notes
• Provide recommendations for communication strategies and assistive technology
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality of care
• Educate clients and families on speech and language development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in speech therapy.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards while delivering compassionate care.

Requirements:

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Florida
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current treatments and technologies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
