We are reopening the temp contract need in West Palm Beach, FL for an SLP, start date asap. Lakeside Healthcare Center-SNF facility, 8-5 Monday-Friday. Would consider 20-35 hours. Experience with subacute/SNF/adult/geriatric rehab preferred, as well as experience with dementia care. All are SNF facilities with subacute and long-term care clientele. We are looking for candidates who have experience with geriatric/older adults in subacute/SNF settings. All positions are guaranteed 35 hours with M-F schedule.
