Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 – $105,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and execute therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR system
• Support outpatient and inpatient therapy needs at a community-focused facility
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Active Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certification
• BLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
• Minimum 1-year experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, especially Epic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
