SPFA Master Installer — Lead Applicator | Milwaukee, WI | $100,000 salary
We're looking for one person: an SPFA-certified Master Installer to run spray operations for our MasterFoam applied technologies work in the upper Midwest area. This is a lead role, not a helper position — you'll own quality on every job from substrate prep to final pass.
What you're walking into: a late-model rig with a Graco proportioner, maintained on schedule, with a dedicated helper so you're spraying, not hauling.
MasterFoam Spray Applied Technologies works within the upper midwest so there will be some travel involved. Our pipeline is booked 6 months out, including interior and commercial work that keeps you spraying through the winter.
Pay is $100,000 straight salary — not a piece-rate ceiling you have to chase — plus health/401k/PTO. If you hold your Master certification, we want to talk this week. If you're an experienced applicator at the Installer level, we'll fund your path to Master certification.
